The telenovela's performance earned her the Best Actress Award at the El Heraldo de Mexico Awards in 2001. Next year she portrayed Perla, in a Mexican Telenovela starring Emilio Larrosa. The song by the same title was featured in the production. Aracely stepped back from her career on the big screen in 2008, to be the host of Todo Bebe's journey into the theater. Aracely first began singing nursery songs as a tribute Francisco Gabilondo Soler - a Mexican singer, performer, and composer of singer of children's music - also known by his stage name Cri Cri. Aracely's 2003 album Solo Tuya made her a three-time winner in the Billboard Latin Music Awards. Sexy was released in the year 2005 by A.B. Quintanilla. Quintanilla has composed two soundtracks including Juntos tu y yo and La Patrona. Aracely teased a brand forthcoming studio album for 2014; however she is not yet ready to release the project.
